Accommodating both professionals and everyday fitness enthusiasts, interested participants register according to the region (Lagos Mainland & Island) to compete in various fitness activities to win the Lagos Fitness Championship.

This challenge involves intensive training and multiple competition levels, with a final award presentation at the Made to Live finale gala.
